From initial entitlements to certificates of occupancy, Tyler has an excellent record of permit acquisitions and completing projects on-time and on-budget. As an active member of the San Diego Building Industry Association, Tyler's shrewd arguments support housing policy and foster political cover for elected officials.

Meet Tyler Martin
Tyler is a San Diego based owners' representative who has built over 1,500 homes, 1,800 multifamily apartments, retail and mixed-use buildings, open space preserves, public streets and parks, and stormwater treatment facilities. His experience implementing traffic and parking solutions foster responsible growth while increasing desperately needed housing supply. Tyler’s decision-making is driven by the greater good – as real estate developers carry a large social responsibility. As a member of his planning group Tyler established a reputation for supporting housing opportunities in his own backyard. In his personal life, he enjoys playing piano, camping, dogs and tending to his saltwater aquarium.
